>The MATCH function is in the cell reference by cell $I$3 in the .ods file previous ly sent. > >I am not permitted to send that file due to the nature of the proprietary nature of the data and calculations. > >That cell contains =IF(($H$6=0),(MATCH(999999,$'Base Data'.$A$1:$'Base Data'.$A$9999,1)),(MATCH($I$6,$'Base Data'.$A1:$A$9999,1))) $H$6 contains 0. Column $'Base Data'.$A1:$A$9999 contains date entered as =DATE(yyyy;mm;dd). These dates are in ascending sequence with the last entry in row 3319. This function finds the last row entered. > >The PDFs previously sent show the results of this calculation. Using ver. 6.2.5.2 all calculation are correct. Using ver. 6.2.7.1 you will notice the last 4 columns in row 3 contain 4959. This value is incorrect. They should contain 3334, 3334, 3334 and 3319. Incidentally the 4959 value is the same as the first column of calculated values. > >The PDF shows the results after Recalculate Hard or Recalculate has been pressed several times. The column that gets recalculated correctly varies randomly. > >This calculation works correctly when the referenced file is run stand-alone.
