I think you are showing the parameters of the operating system. But LibreOffice has their own setup: Menu/Tools/LibreOffice/Language settings - Languages - Decimal separator. Menu/Tools/LibreOffice/LibreOffice calc/Formula - Separators. Resolved as not a bug. |
