Slide > Page/Slide Properties > Fill > Bitmap
One can downscale an image, but it is impossible to upscale it. The maximum width and height is 100%. Please allow the user to upscale.

Please provide a clearer set of step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce the problem.
Please attach a sample document, as this makes it easier for us to verify the bug.

No longer an issue in 5.2.5.1 as the image stretches to fill the slide.
