Description Dan Dascalescu 2016-07-21 05:09:37 UTC
I've spent close to 10 minutes trying to delete all alleged macros from an XLS I imported, without luck. Deleting macros should be far easier.

I'm not the only one with this problem - see https://ask.libreoffice.org/en/question/13722/removing-macros/

The "macro" turned out to be only one line, something like "Option VBAScript = 1". No actual macro code.

Two additional notes:

1. The LO version I'm using is 5.2.0.2, but I can't find it in the Version list in Bugzilla
2. The ask.libreoffice site doesn't let me vote up good answers because I don't have 5 rep points yet. This is just silly. Upvoting shouldn't require reputation. Look at how StackOverflow does this.

I don't understand what is the problem as you don't propose a solution.

If I go to Tools - Macros - Organize macros - LibO Basic, I can click the Organizer button and delete whole modules with numerous macros in one click.

Set to NEEDINFO.
Change back to UNCONFIRMED after you have provided more detailed information.
