Description Kamei 2016-08-03 02:17:05 UTC
OS X use shortcut key "CMD + F1"(or "CMD + fn +F1") to switch windows in the application.
("CMD + TAB" is to switch applications.)
But LibreOffice can't switch document windows with the shortcut key.

Steps to reproduce:

1. open an application (e.g. Calc) and several different windows;
2. select a window and press "cmd" and "F1" at the same time.

Current behavior:

NOTHING happens.

Expected behavior:

SWITCH between multiple windows opened by the application.

CMD+F1 or CMD+fn+F1 does nothing. However, according to :

https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201236

The above key combo isn't mentioned as doing what you say it should do.

LibreOffice uses the Cmd+` shortcut to switch between document windows. This is the OSX system compliant keyboard shortcut according to the link above.

In fact, Cmd+F1 toggles display mirroring :

Thank Alex for replying.

OK. I seem to misunderstand about shortcut key to switch windows.
This is specific problem on Japanese keyboard environment.
On Japanese keyboard, we used to use "CMD + F1" instead of "CMD + `" to do it by default.
Because we don't have independent " ` " key on our keyboard.
So we must use "Shift + @" key to input " ` ". Then, we can't switch windows with "CMD + `".

I try to find the way to customize of switching windows on LibreOffice.
Many thanks.
