Sheet with conditional formatting

Like all other versions before it, 5.1.4.2 had snappy window repaint.

Now, in 5.1.5.2, it takes up to two seconds for a sheet with conditional formatting to repaint (much more noticeable when the window is stretched wide) after Alt-tab. Without conditional formatting, it's still noticeable and irksome.

When paging up or down in the sheet, the new rows used to pop right up, but now there is a noticeable delay.
