Not seeing this myself. Tried with gtk3 as well. Arch Linux 64-bit, KDE Plasma 5 Version: 5.3.0.0.alpha0+ Build ID: cd72269a6a2c85ae9dd4552aa4808ef4fd1f6c0e CPU Threads: 8; OS Version: Linux 4.7; UI Render: default; Locale: fi-FI (fi_FI.UTF-8); Calc: group Built on September 21st 2016 Created attachment 127582 [details]

Seems to be fixed in master now, but it is still broken in 5.2 and below. Sometimes it may not show instantly, but if you hold the drag for a few seconds before letting go, it will show.
