Screen grab of the error message

Just "upgraded" from 32-bit to 64-bit LibreOffice.

Host system:

MS Windows 10 Home version 1511

LibreOffice Build:

Version: 5.2.1.2 (x64)
Build ID: 31dd62db80d4e60af04904455ec9c9219178d620
CPU Threads: 8; OS Version: Windows 6.19; UI Render: default;
Locale: en-GB (en_GB); Calc: group

When I ctrl-right click (to launch WordWeb Pro 7.02) LO Writer crashes. Badly. (See attached screen capture).

Note that this doesn't happen with the 32-bit version. It's only since the 64-bit upgrade. Which is a bit of a pain.

2 things you can try:
1) LO 64 needs Java 64 bits, so you must check you have it
2) Try to rename your LO directory profile (see https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile#Windows) to force LO to recreate from scratch its profile at its next start.
