For a writing system [it's not even a language] virtually nobody can read or write this is a fairly chatty pile of issues.

Not suprising that there seem to be rather a mess around. For example the name is, according to ISO-15924, is "Old Hungarian (Hungarian Runic)" and not "Rovas"; it is in the "ancient/historic" category, which truly represents is status.
It requires a fairly recent version of Unicode, which basically means the characters are not displayed by anything but stuff those people use who actively play with this script.
