Crash can be reproduced: 
- create a new spredsheet
- enter something in cell A1 (xxx)
- Menu "Insert" --> Item "Named area or Expression" is missing, instead item "Einfügen" ("Insert") exists --> maybe the "Insert" menu item of "Named area or Expression" submenu?
- Click on "Einfügen" ("Insert") --> LO 5.3.0 crashes

the program did not crash, but it did not work correctly:
- create a new spredsheet
- enter something in cell A1 (xxx)
- Menu "Insert" --> Item "Named area or Expression" appears 
- Click on this item: not a submenu appears as in LO 5.2, but appears a form as in LO 5.2.3 reached by Insert --> Named Range or Expression --> Insert

The menu to insert a named area is as in the build from 2016-10-30_23:23:58, but when one clicks on "Einfügen" ("Insert") LO doesn't crash but the same form "Namen einfügen" ("Paste Names") appears as in the build from 2016-10-26_03:58:19.

I think that it is not a big thing and that problem can be solved when when menu tree is corrected (menu items incl. handling) nearly as in LO 5.2.

Stefan: about the new bug (so not the crash), please create a brand new bugtracker if it doesn't already exist.
