Description:
In greek layout keyboard, when you press Alt-Ctrl-???, a special character appear.
E.g.:
Alt-Ctrl-E : €
Alt-Ctrl-2 : ²
Alt-Ctrl-3 : ³
Alt-Ctrl-- : ±
Alt-Ctrl-= : ½
Alt-Ctrl-[ : «
Alt-Ctrl-] : »

This combination is not working in Libreoffice, when you have greek layout in your keyboard.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. turn your keyboard to greek layout
2.press Alt-Ctrl-??? to write a special character
3.

Nothing or a predefined shortcut of Libreoffice

Expected Results:
predefined shortcut of Libreoffice
or writing a special character
