Description:
The gif isn't animated quite right. It's somewhat to fast.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open example file
2.Compare it with animation in a different application Firefox for example

Actual Results:  
The (persian) text effect within red 'circle' is animated a bit 'jumpy'. To fast I think (the animation is nearly missing)


Expected Results:
The persian text within red 'circle' should be animated a bit lower

tdf#104121 Set default animation playback speed to match browsers

It will be available in 5.4.0.

The patch should be included in the daily builds available at
http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/ in the next 24-48 hours. More

Affected users are encouraged to test the fix and report feedback.
