Description:
The attached PPTX has a chart.
Impress show wrong background and line colors.
In some cases it could make the line color the same as the background color which means it's invisible.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached PPTX in Impress and compare with the PDF exported from PowerPoint 2013.

Actual Results:  
On Impress the background color of the chart is white and the line color is gray.

Expected Results:
On PowerPoint 2013 the background color of the chart is transparent and the line color is white.
