When opening this file: Calc asks you about updating links pointing to an inexistant file

Hi!

As seen in https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=104943 :

Calc can open a file which has links pointing to... an inexistent file, when Calc asks the user if he wants to update the links and the user agrees... he should be warned that the operation failed because e.g. the file does not exist (instead of Calc saying nothing, as if the operation was successful).

Thanks!

Julien: Note that the same problem is so for Writer too.

With the example file, I can't see any prompt to update the link to another file.

However, this is the same as issue as bug 43784, which should be about all components.
Marking as duplicate.
