Currently there are only "Drag Mode" and "Display" option in the "Sheets" section of the Navigator for Calc. 

It will be great if other commands, such as Insert, Delete, Rename, Move or Copy Sheet, Hide, Show, Protect etc, to be included in the right-click menu.

It's a WONTFIX IMHO since the Navigator as implemented has conceptional flaws. The improvement was proposed here https://design.blog.documentfoundation.org/2016/07/31/how-the-navigator-may-support-object-handling-in-libreoffice-draw/

Taking the current status as basis the request is not consistent with other modules - Writer, for instance, offers no interactions in the Navigator.
