One Calc file plus one writer file were open - I click on the shortcut of another Calc file when the crash happened.

That crash has been fixed in recent versions of LibreOffice so I would recommend you to update to the latest version of LibreOffice from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/libreoffice-fresh/.
