I can achieve easily the format with a cell format like: MM/DD/YY,HH:MM:SS AM/PM with the cell having the date number value: 42139.3541666667 Attached a sample file Are you tanking care of the comma, you need to set up saving as csv to enclose text on quotes, because if not the it is treated as to field with comma separator.
