Description:
Spell checking suggestion isn't showing up when another program had focus before

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attached file (with dutch dictionary installed)
2. Right click 'beschikkingsnbevoegdheid'
3. Check if spell-suggestion popups up. If not -> bug. If it does. Focus to another application (Firefox; explorer) and go back to Writer; right click again (it doesn't show the first time)

Should work the first time too
