Description:
I use LO version 5.3.4.2 on a fully updated Manjaro KDE. I tried to assign the shortcuts of Alt + Up for zooming in and Alt + Down for zooming out. Everything is accpeted (no errors) but the shortcuts simply don't work. I have tried other key assignments and they also do not work.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Assign custom shortcut for Zoom in/out (Tools > Customize> Keyboard> Category "view" > Function "zoom in"
2.Press ok
3.Try to use the shortcut

Actual Results:  
Nothing happens

Expected Results:
The function should have worked


Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

I have forgot to mention that this problem occurs both in Manjaro KDE and linux mint cinnamon 18.1

It works for Print Preview, but not for other modes.
Also tested with: OOo 2.2.0 and LO 3.3.0 (OOO330m19 (Build:6) tag libreoffice-3.3.0.4) -> Inherited from OOo.
