Description:
microsoft visio .vsd does not displsy content, code  is only displayed.

Steps to Reproduce:
download and open no-bgcolor.vsd

https://opengrok.libreoffice.org/xref/libvisio/src/test/data/

Actual Results:  
it does not display content

Expected Results:
open file normally.

displays code only on both 5.3 and 6.0

I tried 3 different .vsd files and in

Version: 5.3.0.0.alpha1
Build ID: 4136757

the code is displayed for all of them.
On the other hand,

Version: 6.0.0.0.alpha0+
Build ID: 386fcf9

doesn't even open them.

I think we should drop this format from FileUtilites.java and AndroidManifest.xml until we really support it

Opening no-bgcolor.vsd works fine for me with a current master build, s. screenshot attachment 184710 [details].
