CRASH when copying a complex ODT document

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 135318 [details] (bug 111524)
2. Select all (CTRL+A)
3. Copy (CTRL+C) -> Crash and assert


Actual Results:  
Crash and assert

Expected Results:
No crash
