Following Tibetan dictionary integration in

https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=103922

please update the Tibetan dictionary files in

https://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/dictionaries/

to match with the latest version on

https://github.com/eroux/hunspell-bo
