steps:
1. open writer with Arabic UI
2. look at the controls in the toolbar or sidebar

This only happens in gtk2.

Anyway I could reprodue it?

I tried with SAL_RTL_ENABLED=1 SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gtk program/soffice but no luck.

On the other hand, what happens if you revert the commits fixing bug 106163 ?
