Video that illustrates the problem

At first I was going to report something like #99286 for 5.1.6, but then I saw that it should be resolved in 5.4.1 and therefore I upgraded to 5.4.2.2. But it still works wrongly.

Cropping of the compressed image still differs from the cropping of the original image (though, I should admit, its behavior is now much closer to the correct one than in 5.1.6).
