As from https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=113330#c8 to implement a button action to dock floating navigator opposite of the Sidebar deck.

<Ctrl><Shift>+F10 keyboard, or <Ctrl>+double mouse click (pointer in the gray header not the frame), will already toggle the F5 Navigator dialog.

Not sure a button on the dialog is needed, but it might be easier to find than the shortcut or mouse action. But, not sure this is an .UNO command now (I couldn't find the control).

Just to clarify: <Ctrl><Shift>+F10 or <Ctrl>+dblclick neither work under Wayland. I believe that the whole point of disabling toggling of the floating mode under Wayland (in the commit I referenced in Bug 113330 comment 4) was that people won't know how to dock it back, as the kb shortcuts aren't discoverable.

looking at bug 152088, this might be a good idea :)

(and IIRC, there once was a control in the Navigator toolbar to make it (un)dock?)
