So /core/officecfg/registry/data/org/openoffice/Office/UI/StartModuleCommands.xcu contains strings for the start center menu bar, but they were just duplicates from GenericCommands.xcu so i removed them[1], but ideally we should remove the file completely if is deemed not necessary.

Stephan Bergmann committed a patch related to this issue.
It has been pushed to "master":
