Block of attraction line.
Currently, the snap line can be edited (or repositioned) or deleted. There is no lock option against accidental displacement.

Screen shot with options for the snap line in the document. There is no option to block the line so that it does not move.

i don't think the option is necessary. 
How can the snap line be accidentally displaced ?
I couldn't find any way of doing it

Please, put it back to UNCONFIRMED if there's a way to move the snap line...

Imagine a situation in which you draw a line perfectly along the line of attraction and later you want to draw the line you want to grab and move to another place. Most often you move the line of attraction and not the one drawn. Here's the reason.
