*** Bug 116707 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** Please explain what you were doing when you experienced a crash. Crash when clicking edit format mall Crash when edit format mall "mall" is a shopping centre. Please be more specific about what you were doing. I just opened my ASUS Laptop, opened LibreOffice Draw and selected a drawing with margins. I wanted to eliminate the margins so I right clicked on the drawing and then "edit the format mall..." Then crash! I wanted to edit the format settings after the right clicking of the drawing. This will not happen on my ASUS Desktop There is no "edit" anything, if you right-click the drawing canvas. Presumably you are talking about going to the Format menu and selecting Page properties. Can you make it crash again with the same steps? I cannot make it crash. GPGL64.DLL is apparently a driver for a Graphtec Corporation device, like a plotter or something. Do you have such a device in use? Version: 6.0.2.1 (x64) Build ID: f7f06a8f319e4b62f9bc5095aa112a65d2f3ac89 CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0; UI render: default; Locale: fi-FI (fi_FI); Calc: group Thank you for reporting the bug. Unfortunately without clear steps to reproduce it, we cannot track down the origin of the problem. Please provide a clearer set of step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce the problem. I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' once the steps are provided I have a plotter connected to the desktop, but not the laptop (but they are connected through the network. Is it possible to show a screenshot here? (in order to show what I get when right clicking a draw) (In reply to jan from comment #10) > I have a plotter connected to the desktop, but not the laptop (but they are > connected through the network. > Is it possible to show a screenshot here? Formatmall is style or style sheet, that I get when right clicking an open draw
This is what I get when right clicking an open draw. Formatmall is style or style sheet. Yep, it's right-click shape - Edit style. No crash for me. Anyway, somehow connected with the plotter :( I don´have a problem on my desktop, where I have the plotter driver installed. I have taken away the plotter from "shared printers". No effect. it seems the crash signature is no longer reproducible in 6.0.7.3 or 6.1.3.2 -> http://crashreport.libreoffice.org/stats/signature/GPGL64.DLL Closing as RESOLVED WORKSFORME |
