Can't we change fill color in default style? Why? Can't we add new styles for shapes in source code? Why? Color is most likely part of the drawing style. It should be this chapter in the format definition http://docs.oasis-open.org/office/v1.2/os/OpenDocument-v1.2-os-part1.html#__RefHeading__1416452_253892949 Actually, the update of the default color is not so easy because of the ui tests.
