caused crash when attmpting to save

This bug was filed from the crash reporting server and is br-8f6d7c6f-9c47-4f95-ac35-7aaf81953ff0.

Attempting to save a spreadsheet, one that had not been saved before (to a directory that contains hundreds of Calc spreadsheets).

Spreadsheet was recovered and saved sucessfully at a second attempt, attached below

Looks like Windows only issue from 5.2.1 up to 6.0.4.
We need repro steps or we can wait and see whether bug is also in 6.1.

Cannot reproduce with Version: 6.2.0.0.alpha0+ (x64)

I cannot reproduce the bug in:

Version: 6.1.0.3 (x64)
Build ID: efb621ed25068d70781dc026f7e9c5187a4decd1
CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0; UI render: default; 
Locale: en-GB (en_GB); Calc: group threaded

There's one report for 6.1.0.3 so not resolved.
