It might be the same bug or a related bug, but sometimes the with two open files: 1 Open odt file with LibreOffice Writer 30+ pages 1 Open ods file with LibreOffice Calc with several populated tabs Clicking on a tab of an edited Calc spreadsheet will send the program into a system wait for an extended period of time. When the wait has cleared, the spread sheet tab will be blanked/cleared... Clicking back to the Writer document, the contents of the spreadsheet appear in the midst of the text as if a cut and paste have been performed or perhaps a drag and drop action. We used to have bug 67487, but then it was closed as dupe of another issue, which was later closed as WFM. Yet, the non-blockingness was never achieved.
