Description:
When I print a mail merge document into single PDF files, alle paragraphs are printed, even the ones that would be hidden when printing to paper or into a single PDF file.



Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a mail merge document with hidden paragraphs (field function "Hidden Paragraph")
2. Choose File > Print...
3. Choose "Yes" when asked whether to print a form letter
4. Select "File" for Output and "Save as individual documents"; choose "Generate file name from database"; select PDF as File format

Actual Results:
Hidden paragraphs are included in the PDFs

Expected Results:
Only print non-hidden paragraphs into the PDF, just as when printing into a single file or to paper.
