Description:
When my LibreOffice is Open, I can Copy/Paste with no problem to any document.

But, if I copied text then closed LibreOffice, I cannot "Paste" to any document through other text editors, even if I reopened LibreOffice again.

It seems for me that after closing LibreOffice the copied text is erased from "clipboard" as a bug.


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open LibreOffice Document with some text written inside it
2.Copy some text
3.Close LibreOffice completely (close any opened LibreOffice window)
4.Open any text editor or even LibreOffice again
5.Try "Paste" to the file
It fails to paste

Actual Results:
It fails to "Paste",
as if the clipboard is whipped/ Cleaned after closing LibreOffice  

Expected Results:
It should "Paste" successfully.
This should be by keeping the copied text inside clipboard even after closing Libreoffice as other text editors/viewers do.

Thank you for reporting the bug. To be certain the reported issue is not
related to corruption in the user profile, could you please reset your
Libreoffice profile (https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile) and re-test?

I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to
'UNCONFIRMED' if the issue is still present.

Hello,
I did reset the user profile.
The problem is still happening.

I tried this using LO 6.1.2.1 and again using 6.0.6.2; The application chosen to paste text into was leafpad.  While LO is open, I can paste the text.  If LO is closed, the text is not available.  I then chose a PDF view as the copy source.  In that case, the clipboard material was available for paste after the source application was closed.  My system is XUBUNTU 16

I have changed the component to libreoffice because I can also reproduce the problem using calc

I noticed this bug also when I'm pasting from Help - About Libre Office, and if I closed LO, and tried to paste into the bug description the paste was not available, but I thought at that moment that I didnt copy the text. But the text was copied but maybe it's a problem with the copy in clipboard like in the title...
