Steps to reproduce:
1- Install LibreOffice 6.2 Alpha along with Turkish helppack and langpack from https://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/Linux-rpm_deb-x86_64@86-TDF/current/?C=S&O=D

2- Launch Writer

What happens?
Application crashes, and the crash reporter is opened.

Additional info:
- If you choose to restart in safe mode, and clear user profile, and restart again, Writer opens without problem, but it crashes again when you start it from the system menu
- No problem when opening Calc, Impress, or Base
- No problem on DEB and Mac systems
