Description:
In writer I can set a colour for the backgroud text area, but not for the whole page.

Additional Info:
When exporting to PDF the background colour must be there too.

Until this feature is implemented you can use this workaround: Set the page margins to 0 (despite printer warning). In tab Borders use the Padding to create the desired distance between text area and page edge.
