Description:
After updating LibreOffice from v6.0.5.2 to 6.1.3.2, "MS Excel 2003 XML" files do not open properly(File/Open..). The formatting of cells saved in the file is lost in Calc.
However, the ability to load the file is properly preserved:(Tools/XML Filter settings.../Test XML Filter: MS Excel 2003 XML/Import[Browse])

Steps to Reproduce:
1.File/Open.. MSExcel2003.XML

Actual Results:
cell formatting lost

Expected Results:
"MS Excel 2003 XML" files should be opened correctly via File/Open..


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No



Additional Info:
after update office: MS Excel 2003 XML filter only for export.
in order to fix, you need to set a direct path "/usr/lib64/libreoffice/share/xslt/import/spreadsheetml/spreadsheet2ooo.xsl" in (Tools/XML Filter settings... /Edit)

Not clear and correct description "cell formatting lost". 
But from screenshot it's date issue, a duplicate.
