Description:
The File Save button used to have an asterisk in it.  After upgrading to Fedora 29 it no longer does.  I am red/green color blind, but if I look closely at it I think it may be red after changes are made to the spreadsheet, but it is hard to tell.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. change something in the spreadsheet

Actual Results:
I think the file save icon turns red, no asterisk

Expected Results:
restore the asterisk

Hello Donald Berry,
it depends on the set of icons you're using, probably Elementary. If you change it to Tango, you will get the asterisk.
