Please test if 'Menu/Tools/Options/LibreOffice calc - Genereal - Use printer metrics for text formatting' has some effect. With a 'dashed' cell border instead, the system is slowed with high cpu load and LibreOffice freezes. The fault is consistent and very easy to reproduce.
