i can not confirm this with:

Version: 6.1.4.2 (x64)
Build ID: 9d0f32d1f0b509096fd65e0d4bec26ddd1938fd3
CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0; UI render: default;
Locale: de-DE (de_DE); Calc:

I have installed:
JRE "1.8.0_192" x64
JDK "1.8.0_192" x64

Menu Tools/Options.../LibreOffice/Advanced will show this versions

open cmd and enter: java -version
to check if x64 JRE is found

Can not confirm on Windows 10 Ent 64-bit en-US with
Version: 6.1.4.2 (x64)
Build ID: 9d0f32d1f0b509096fd65e0d4bec26ddd1938fd3
CPU threads: 8; OS: Windows 10.0; UI render: GL;
Locale: en-US (en_US); Calc: CL

The required 64-bit Java JRE (1.8.0_201) is found and its radio button can be checked active.

Be sure you have the 64-bit JRE needed to match your LO build installed.
