(In reply to Jens Radloff from comment #0) > 5. On the newly created page, create a Table of Figures. In the "Table of > Contents, Index or Bibliography" window select "Object names" on the "Type" > tab. Select "Create from Captions" and it should work. (In reply to Dieter Praas from comment #1) > Select "Create from Captions" and it should work. "It should work"? Did you try your resolution proposal? I guess, no. I tried your resolution proposal: It does not work. (In reply to Jens Radloff from comment #2) >Did you try your resolution proposal? Yes, of course. (In reply to Dieter Praas from comment #3) > Yes, of course. I tried your solution proposal again: No, it does not work. The Table of Figures which I created, only contains one line called "Table of Figures". There is no extra line referring to an illustration at all in the Table of Figures. If your solution proposal works on your machine, then the behaviour seems to depend from the OS that the both of us are using. I am using Linux Debian 9.6 ("Stretch"). Are you using Windows? Thank you for reporting the bug. Could you please try to reproduce it with the latest version of LibreOffice from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/libreoffice-fresh/ ? I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' if the bug is still present in the latest version. (In reply to Xisco FaulĂ from comment #5) > Could you please try to reproduce it with the latest version of LibreOffice > from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/libreoffice-fresh/ ? I have found the reason for the reported behaviour: It was my fault. Dieter was correct with his hint about selecting "Categories" on the "Type" tab in the "Table of Contents, Index or Bibliography" window, but I forgot to select "Category: Illustration" and "Display: References" below "Captions". Now it works. It works both in the version of LO writer which I reported here (6.1.3.2), and also in the "fresh" version of LO writer (6.1.4.x) I have to apologize at Dieter. Sorry, Dieter. > I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to > 'UNCONFIRMED' if the bug is still present in the latest version. I set this bug report to "RESOLVED NOTABUG" |
