Description:
When I use the small capital function in Impress, it does not work
When I want to change my letter to small character/capital, it works in writer but it does not work in Impress presentation.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Hilight the word and right click
2.Select Character and go  to Font Effect tab
3.Choose Small capital in Effects: and click OK

Actual Results:
Words do not become smaller, it just remains the same.

Expected Results:
Words should smaller in size.

User Profile Reset: Yes

It does not show words same as the sample.

Repro LO 5.1 and 6.3+ in Windows. 
I wouldn't say "doesn't work". If we type small letters and change to Small capitals and Capitals, preview is different but result is the same.

I'm sorry for my mistakes, and thank you for your correcting.
