Description:
The calculation with time value with a custom formating are off by one minute. It happens mostly for negative value calculations. 

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Format Cells with custom formater [HH]:MM
2. Enter 40:00 in Cell A1
3. Enter 3:29 in Cell B1
4. Enter 45:29 in Cell C1
5. Enter =A1-C1+B1 in D1

Actual Results:
-1:59

Expected Results:
-2:00
