Description:
The current tooltip creates confusion about the working of the tool.
Some tooltip that should be added are:-
"Rows" -> "Delete Rows"
"Columns" -> "Delete Columns"
"Table" -> "Delete Table"
"Cell" -> "Select Cell"
"Table" -> "Select Table" 



Steps to Reproduce:
1.Table -> Insert Table -> Insert
2.Hover over the Toolbar elements.

Actual Results:
ambiguous Tooltip

Expected Results:
clear tooltip


Reproducible: Always

Tooltips are always a good idea but I wonder if we have means to label controls (buttons) differently when on a toolbar.

It will be available in 6.3.0.

The patch should be included in the daily builds available at
https://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/ in the next 24-48 hours. More
