Hello Al Guevara, The .doc file seems to be corrupted. Could you please re-uploaded it ? The .doc is actually .zip, which was created by OP for uploading to AskLibO (renamed to .doc because of AskLibO limitation to not accept .zip). Could you please try to reproduce it with the latest version of LibreOffice from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/libreoffice-fresh/ ? I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'.
