Description:
Would you be interested in a patch to add a metadata file like https://github.com/globaleaks/GlobaLeaks/blob/master/publiccode.yml ? It's necessary to be included in https://developers.italia.it/en/software/ , the list of free software which the Italian state will heavily advertise to the public sector in Italy.

Actual Results:
LibreOffice is not in https://developers.italia.it/en/software/

Expected Results:
LibreOffice is in https://developers.italia.it/en/software/

The publiccode repo was added to the whitelist but before listing LibreOffice they need to wait for one more patch to be merged (not related to LibreOffice but to their system).

LibreOffice is included in the catalogue under the section "Software open source":  https://developers.italia.it/en/software/
