Description:
If I create a new stylesheet to use a background picture in a writer document it is visible allways only in one line instead on the full page (independent of it's size).

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a new stylesheet 
2.Select a picture
3.

Actual Results:
The background picture is visible in every new line.

Expected Results:
Show the picture as a background in it's real size.

I think, it's a duplicateof bug 122508. Please feel free to reopen it, if you don't agree.

I suppose that the original issue here was about wrong setting used: the background picture would only be shown "in one line" if it's set at paragraph level instead of page style level.
