Screenshot shows the difference between contextmenues

Open the attached screenshot.
Shows the contextmenue of a query up to LO 6.2.5.2 and since LO 6.3.0.2. 
There are many entries lost.
Most important entry here for me: "Create as View" isn't available at all.

It will be available in 6.4.0.

The patch should be included in the daily builds available at
https://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/ in the next 24-48 hours. More

Affected users are encouraged to test the fix and report feedback.
