Image is already anchored "To Paragraph" so I couldn't follow the steps with the provided document.

Unfortunately I have further processed the whole file and unfortunately I had done one step too much with the one which I supplied as a sample (i.e. the image is already anchored to the paragraph and the bug does not show up if I revert it to being anchored to the character). I'll try to repeat to compile a sample file like the one I wanted to supply. Unfortunately I don't have the time for that today. You may close this bug as INSUFFICIENTDATA now. I would have marked it this way myself if I had the power to do so. RESOLVED is definitely not the right thing because the cause is still unclear. But it i not relevant any longer given that 6.4.4.2 is out and Version: 7.1 is in alpha0+ state.
