So great to see Jenkins Windows builds are going to be posted to the https://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/ page [1]

Unfortunately, a couple of issues at the moment:

1. package name is not being stamped with the build date, or prepending the "master-" branch.

2. doing a msiexec.exe /a Administrative install--the build will not parse the normal command line "INSTALLDIR=" flag; suggests a packaging issue this build.

CLI FLAG is "TARGETDIR" not "INSTALLDIR"

too late at night to be doing this from memory.

Install without issue, though the package naming when posted still needs a tweak and maybe the about text to include the TB ID?
