Description:
The menus in Arabic appear on the left side and can only be selected after clicking on the empty space in their location on the right side

Actual Results:
The problem persists and concerns only the user interface

Expected Results:
No steps were taken to solve the problem.
  You must make software modifications to the Arabic UI view

Thank you for reporting the bug. To be certain the reported issue is not
related to corruption in the user profile, could you please reset your
Libreoffice profile ( https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile ) and
re-test?

I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to
'UNCONFIRMED' if the issue is still present
